The Supreme Court Says Government Can Order You To Buy What the Government Says

The Supreme Court's 5-4 decision on Obamacare's individual mandate is an attack on every American's liberty. According to the narrow 5-4 majority what the government tells you to buy is what you now have to buy.

One wonders how much Obama's attack on the Supreme Court influenced Chief Justice Robert's opinion. Also, the 5-4 majority ruled that payments for health insurance are actually a "tax" --- exactly the opposite of what Obama and his cronies Reid and Pelosi said it wasn't while they were working to get it passed.

Congress must step up and protect our liberty by repealing the abomination of Obamacare.

Conservative Victory Fund Endorses Steve Stockman

The Conservative Victory Fund (CVF), the nation's oldest conservative campaign committee endorses Steve Stockman for the U.S. House of Representatives in the 36th District of Texas.

Stockman is a proven defender of the principles of individual liberty and in protecting the rights guaranteed by our Constitution -- including the right to keep and bear arms, the right to religious freedom, and the right of free speech.

Stockman also supports:

Protecting an individual's right to life, both in and out of the womb. He believes in protecting marriage, as between a man and woman as an important foundation for a free society.

Having a real Balanced Budget Amendment to the Constitution and cutting spending as the only serious way to cut the Obama deficit.

Steve Stockman will represent Texas values in Washington and not try to import Washington, DC values to Texas. Conservative Victory Fund is proud to support Steve Stockman for Congress.

Conservative Victory Fund Endorses Ron DeSantis

The Conservative Victory Fund (CVF), the nation's oldest conservative campaign committee endorses Ron DeSantis for the U.S. House of Representatives in the newly drawn 6th District of Florida.

In Congress, Ron will fight for American exceptionalism in the Reagan tradition and will work to restore our conservative principles of a limited government:

-Ron believes in a truly limited government, one that serves its people rather than masters them. The strongest economy is one that is liberated from the burdens placed upon them by government.

-Ron believes in reversing Obama's big government policies and in electing more leaders who are faithful to the conservative principles in which our nation was founded.

-Ron believes that the best way to balance the budget is through spending cuts and by repealing onerous regulations that hamper the independent, American spirit.

Conservative Victory Fund is proud to endorse Ron DeSantis for Congress. The U.S. Congress needs more leaders who will fight for their constituents rather than for bigger government and bigger deficits.

The late conservative leader Congressman John Ashbrook founded Conservative Victory Fund (CVF) more than forty years ago. CVF works to elect a conservative majority to the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.

Walker Eviscerates Opponent: Lessons for November

The liberal left Democrats are already spinning the huge victory by Governor Scott Walker as not meaning very much. They ignore that Governor Walker built on his close 2010 victory to win this time with almost a 7% spread between him and his Democrat opponent.

Perhaps the Democrats and the lame stream media's views are best summed up in a Washington Post headline. "Gov. Walker survives recall in Wisconsin." It was quite a bit more than survival. It was a large victory for Governor Walker and his policies.

What does it mean? If a conservative Scott Walker can beat the liberal Democrats in Wisconsin, there just may be hope for conservative Republicans and for Mitt Romany in numerous other states this coming November. Walker defended his policies and talked about the future. The unions and his opponent ran a reactionary campaign that really revolved around getting millions in union dues back.

Wisconsin shows that conservatives who lay out their policies for the future and stick to their message can win. Let's take those lessons on to November.
